In Taiwan, because of privacy and narrow concept of sex education, it was not easy to promote sex education. However, the cases of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV and gonorrhea were also significantly younger shows that adolescents' perceptions of safe sex need to be strengthened. This study used the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) theory as the basis. The courses were planned, designed and implemented by participants in order to improve the intention of young gay and bisexual men to use condoms during sex in the future. In this study, we used MAPP model and cooperated with the Taoyuan Gender Friendly Health Center as the basis to design and implement the intention to increase condom use with us relevant courses. The course time was once a week for two consecutive hours for a total of six weeks, which can improve the intention of using condoms in the future in the event of sexual intercourse. The results of paired test analysis showed that pretest scores were 329.7 ± 117.11 and post test scores were 740.75 ± 36.03 in attitude; the pretest scores were 140.3 ± 3.39 and post test scores were 313.25 ± 27.35 in subject norms; the pretest scores were 514.65 ± 110.11 and post test scores were 1227.2 ± 58.89 in perceptual behavior control. Higher scores indicate a higher willingness to use condoms. Significant differences can be seen after the course intervention. It indicates that the participants will have a better willingness to use condoms during sex need develop different adaptive health education courses to address the gender. In the future, when conducting condom-related publicity, the theoretical basis of MAPP should be adopted as the content of curriculum planning, and the teaching of condom use should be implemented in the classroom.
