了解母親情緒對嬰兒發展的影響情形與機制，有利於聚焦處理預防嬰兒出現負面發展的因素，並據以設計合適之工作方法。本文回顧母親憂鬱與嬰兒發展的關係，並探討二者關係中的重要機制，即親職因素、嬰兒氣質因素、二因素之交互作用。再由親職與嬰兒氣質因素回顧促進嬰兒家庭之親職的方法，包括親嬰心理治療、「以親職指引為本的介入、「以氣質為本的介入、「以人為中心」的繪本閱讀介入等。各項方法依據的主要理論雖然不同，但在實際操作上卻有著共同點，即治療師與父母建立具有情緒支持力量的正向關係，在此關係下提供心理教育訊息，讓照顧者擁有良好的身心狀態，以根據嬰兒的特性提供有彈性的帶養。依據本回顧，研究者與實務工作者可發展促進嬰兒家庭之親職的介入方法，並探討介入之效果。

On preventing the adverse development of infant, it’s crucial to understand the impact of maternal emotion. The author reviewed the relationships between maternal depression and infant development, as well as their related factors and mechanism. Factors of parenting, infant temperament, and parenting-temperament interaction were reviewed. Then four interventions were specified. Those interventions were parent-infant psychotherapy, parenting guidance, “temperament-based” intervention, and “person-centered” picture book reading. Although the theoretical approaches of those interventions were different, they shared the similarity in establishing a good therapeutic relationship with parents. Under a relaxed atmosphere, psychological education was conducted by clinicians. Based on the review, researchers and practitioners can develop intervention methods to promote the parenting for infant families in Taiwan.
