在新冠疫情的嚴重衝擊下,為了兼顧學生健康與學習,我國也提出停課不停學的政策,關閉學校,採用線上、線下學習遠距教學,維護學生教育權。經過約一個半月時間的實施,多數教師抱持負面態度。然而,研究者走訪實驗學校,以半結構方式訪談辦學者,經內容分析後,發現有能力面對疫情的實驗學校,在遠距教學下依然可以使學生保有學習進度運作與新的發現,關鍵的因素有:一、建立自主學習機制;二、有彈性的教學制度;三、即時發現與調整;四、主題課程激發學習興趣。

英文摘要

Our government mandates an educational policy “suspend classes but not suspend learning” for the right of student learning which including close the schools and adapt online and offline teaching method during the time of the impact of COVID-19. Many teacher’s feedbacks negatively to the policies after one month. However, researches interview an experimental school founder and teachers using semi-structure method to record and find out that there are four elements keeping student forward learning normally. Schools have (1) a system for student’s autonomy learning; (2) a flexible teaching system; (3) new finding and adjustment on time; (4) adopting thematic curriculum to promote student’s learning interesting.
