本文探討耶拿的耶拿計畫學校對於改革教育學的傳承,及其對於耶拿計畫內涵的調整與創新。耶拿的耶拿計畫學校成立東德解散併入聯邦德國的轉變年代,該校承繼起源於當地的耶拿計畫教育學,但也對Petersen改革教育學在納粹時期的誤用進行反省與批判,進而對於實驗教育內涵進行調整與創新。本文認為該校主要的創新之處為:耶拿計畫思想內涵的反省與創新、兼採同齡與混齡方式上課、學校本位的課程發展以及增設文理中學高級部。本文對於耶拿的耶拿計畫學校的探討,說明公立學校與實驗教育可以相輔相成,對於臺灣實驗教育的推動當可提供啟示。

英文摘要

This study aimed to explore the inheritance and innovation of Jenaplanschool in Germany. The Jenaplan school of Jena was founded in the era of German reunification, which demonstrated an endeavor to establish a promising new way of educating students. The pedagogical concept of the Jenaplan School in Jena was based upon the reform pedagogical practice of Peter Petersen. Furthermore, Petersen’s pedagogical concept has been used, modified and further developed by today’s Jenaplanschool. This study concluded that the main innovations for this school were as follows: reflection and innovation of the pedagogical concept of the Jena plan; learning and teaching partly in cross-grade and partly in homogenous age groupings; school-based curriculum development and establishment of upper secondary level. The development of Jenaplan school in Jena suggested that the cooperation of experimental education and public school is possible and valuable, which could have wider implication for experimental education in Taiwan.
