為釐清社會工作專業養成教育對性別概念的態度與定位,並促進更社會正義的專業實踐,本文透過次級資料分析的途徑,檢視與分析109學年度全國大專院校社會工作相關學系開設之性別相關課程的授課大綱內容,企圖捕捉當前社會工作教育中的性別論述取向與形式,及論述中蘊含與建構的性別概念、圖像與意涵。本文發現,當前社工教育課程架構中,性別相關課程存在三個現象,分別是課程內容的女性化、課程關懷之議題仍集中於性別暴力防治,以及對服務對象需求採取本質主義的立場;同時,也凸顯出三種課綱論述取向,包括強化女性的傳統性別角色、強調拯救女性的暴力防治觀,以及維繫保護主義的專業價值,且整體社工教育之性別論述乃是建構於異性戀霸權的意識形態。文末,本文針對相關議題進行討論,並提出未來研究方向之建議。

英文摘要

To clarify the attitude and positioning of social work professional education to the concept of gender, and to promote the more socially just professional practice, this article used secondary data analysis to examine and analyze the syllabuses of the gender-related courses offered in the 109 academic year related to social work in colleges and universities across the country. The content of the syllabus is an attempt to understand and capture the current gender discourse orientation and form in social work education, as well as the gender concepts, images and meanings contained and constructed in the discourse. The article found that in the current social work education curriculum framework, there are three phenomena in gender-related courses, including the feminization of curriculum content, the issue of curriculum care is still focused on the prevention of gender-based violence, and the essentialist stance on the needs of service targets is also highlighted. They are Three discourse orientations include strengthening women's traditional gender roles, emphasizing the concept of violence prevention to save women, and maintaining the professional value of protectionism, and the gender discourse of overall social work education is constructed on the ideology of heterosexual hegemony. At the end of the article, this article discusses related topics and puts forward suggestions for future research directions.
