目的:全球25歲以上高血壓超過40%,血壓數據是疾病診斷及治療的重要依據,心臟科門診就診病人自我抱怨血壓測量結果不準確發生率為11.9%,本專案在提高血壓測量正確性,降低病人的抱怨率。

方法:透過品管手法,提供病人衛生教育、血壓測量區張貼正確測量血壓公告,進行環境噪音改善,提供保健志工教育訓練提升正確測量血壓知識。

結果:病人正確測量血壓的知識正確性由28%提升為68%,保健志工正確測量血壓的認知由42%提高至100%,血壓測量結果不正確之抱怨率由11.9%降低為1.1%,門診環境噪音由62分貝降低至52分貝。

結論:專案成功達到門診病人血壓測量不正確抱怨率,並落實為常規護理持續辦理。

英文摘要

Objectives: Hypertension over 25 years old in the world exceeds 40%. Blood pressure data is an important basis for disease diagnosis and treatment. The incidence of inaccurate blood pressure measurement results is complained by cardiology outpatients at 11.9%. This project is improving blood pressure measurement accuracy and reducing the complaint rate of patients.

Methods: Through quality control techniques, provide patient education, post the correct blood pressure measurement announcement, improve environmental noise, and provide volunteer education and training to improve the knowledge of correct blood pressure measurement.

Results: The accuracy of patients’ knowledge of correct blood pressure measurement increased from 28% to 68%. Volunteers’ knowledge of correct blood pressure measurement increased from 42% to 100%. The complaint rate of incorrect blood pressure measurement results decreased from 11.9% to 1.1%. The noise was reduced from 62 dB to 52 dB.

Conclusion: The project successfully achieved the complaint rate of incorrect blood pressure measurement among outpatients, and implemented it as routine nursing care.
