穿戴式裝置已逐漸進入成熟階段,隨著零組件微小化及行動網路快速的發展,它的可移動性、易攜帶、美學外觀與應用程式,開始觸動到消費者的需求核心。本研究主要目的為探討消費者對穿戴式裝置購買意願的影響因素;本研究先採用修正式德菲法,透過相關研究之探討,歸納影響購買之相關構面與因素,包含有用性、易用性、品質、品牌、價格、舒適、外觀設計、安全防護及社群影響力,共九個構面及五十八個因素,進行專家問卷共識篩選,再以層級分析法獲得分析結果。研究結果發現,消費者最重視前三項構面指標依序是「安全防護」、「品質」、及「舒適」,而影響消費者對穿戴式裝置購買意願關鍵因素之優先順序,包括有「充電的安全性」、「可靠度、量測的精準度」、「用戶隱私安全」、「工作溫度」、「外露接點防水」、「低電磁波」、「生產組裝品質」、「電池長效化」、「材質(膚觸)」、「低操作瑕疵」等因素。

英文摘要

The wearable devices have gradually entered a mature stage. Compared with the earlier product designed before 2012, there were many design defects and unclear perceptual value. With the miniaturization of components and the LTE-4G/BT/WIFI of mobile network is developing rapidly, and its mobility, portability, aesthetic of physical appearance and programs/applications have begun to actually touch the consumer needs. Various manufacturers have actively developed and launched their own designed products and human-computer interaction. Providing many practical wearable devices such as the products of sports, health, medical and entertainment. This study wants to explore the main factors that influenced the purchase intention of wearable devices on consumers. We used Modified Delphi method to explore the influencing factors. First, we summarized the related research to get the 9 constructs and 58 factors including usefulness, ease of use, quality, brand, price, comfort, appearance, security, and social networks/media. They are screen by consensus on the expert questionnaire. The results showed that the most important constructs are “safety protection”, “quality”, and “comfort”. We summarized the key factors that affected consumers’ willingness to purchase wearable devices, those are “safety of charging”, “reliability, accuracy of measurement”, “user privacy and safety”, “device working temperature”, “waterproof to electrode & charging hole”, “low electromagnetic wave”, “production and assembly quality”, “high battery life”, “material (skin touch)”, and “less operation defects”.
