有效能學校之改進涉及到協作文化發展之良窳。一般而言,組織文化是意義分享的系統,在校長與教師之間能夠分享組織規範,就能促進學校持續的改進。協作基本理念包含溝通、信任與方向,協作文化特別強調專業社群、資訊分享、高度工作滿意與學校認同,協作文化就是建立改進與成功學校之途徑,因此協作乃卓越學校之重要關鍵。本文旨在分析學校協作文化的內涵、價值與發展策略,最後提出相關建議。
Effective school improvement involves collaboration culture development. In general, the term organizational culture is defined as “a system of shared meaning.” Sharing strong norms between teachers and principals provides continuous school improvement. The basic idea of collaborative includes open communication, mutual trust and work direction. Collaborative cultures exhibited stronger professional community, richer information sharing, higher job satisfaction and identification with the school. Collaborative is a way to build a professional capacity for improvementand success school.Collaborative is an important feature of excellent schools.This paper focuses on the value, concept and strategies for school collaboration culture. Base on the result, specific policies and practical suggestions are proposed for principal leadership.
