本文透過整理並分析2020年5月日本文部科學省關於提升學前幼兒教育實踐品質議題檢討委員會所提出的「關於學前幼兒教育辦學品質之提升」的期中報告書內容,不僅得知日本政府當前基於落實「兒少暨育兒支持援助新制度」之目的,而分別針對學前幼兒教育之內容和方法、學前幼兒教育人力、學前幼兒教育品質評鑑、幼童原生家庭與區域社會連結、學前幼兒教育行政運作機制,以及新型冠狀肺炎疫情因應等面向,持續推動學前幼兒教育發展與提升辦學品質等相關工作,亦從中獲取有關「學前幼兒教育中心」之設置、「學前幼兒教育諮詢顧問」之人員聘任與配置、「學校相關人員評鑑制度」之活用,以及建構「區域社會型保育」模式等值得我國政府或有識之士參酌的資訊材料。

英文摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the contents of the midterm report on “Improvement of the Quality of Pre-school Education” by the Committee on Review of Issues Concerning the Improvement of Quality Practice in Pre-school Education, which was published by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in May 2020, and learned that the Japanese government has been promoting the development and improvement of the quality of pre-school education based on the purpose of implementing the “New System of Support for Children and Child-Raising”. In addition, we also learned about the establishment of “Pre-school Education Centers”, the appointment and deployment of “Preschool Education Counselors”, and the “School Related Personnel Evaluation System”. In addition, we have obtained information about the establishment of pre-school education centers, the appointment and deployment of pre-school education consultants, the use of the “school-related personnel evaluation system,” and the construction of a “regional social care” model, which are worthy of consideration by the government or knowledgeable individuals in Taiwan.
