本文以簡單的文字解說，透過自創案例與文獻案例的比喻方式，描述區塊鏈的基本運作和優缺點，希望提供非數理領域的法學與人文科學領域之讀者明暸相對複雜的區塊鏈專業概念，藉此闡釋現行跨國司法互助透過電子送達以及透過區塊鏈送達之差異，兩相比較之下區塊鏈勝出。臺灣進行國與國之間的司法合作經常受阻，若能利用區塊鏈的特性進行跨國合作，可以減少主權問題產生的政治負擔，也增添司法互助中當事國與當事人的安全性，以及降低司法支出成本、免除司法平台被駭客入侵的風險，和增添跨國司法互助傳輸文件的秘密性與隱私性。司法期待的是一個公正性、可靠性，區塊鏈特性是全體維護的系統，可以讓參與者有可監督的行為，從而有參與了司法每個步驟的假象，有助於建立司法威信。

To take advantage of the characteristics of blockchain with foreign country in cross-border cooperation can reduce the political burden of sovereignty issues because of the feature of privacy and protecting the sensitive information. To delivery through the blockchain are supervised by people because of the transparent nature avoid missing. Decentralization makes the cost reducing and safe for Judicial expenditure. The suggestion is that the electronic service may be replaced by blockchain delivery in the transnational mutual legal assistance in the future.
