過往研究中發現,有些大學生在進入大學之前並未充分學習時間管理的技巧,並且於大學的課程中也缺少學習時間管理的機會。本研究的目的為設計一套時間管理的方法引導學生反思以及增進時間管理的能力。此學習方法融入於一門大學課程中,本研究初步分析大學生使用此教學工具的回饋發現,大學生可以覺察其時間管理技巧的弱點,並且根據課程及工具所學習到的策略與技巧做出調適。

英文摘要

Previous research suggests that some students arrive at university not only inadequately equipped with time management skills; but may also lack the opportunity to learn these skills during the course of their studies. The purpose of the present research is to design a time management learning guide to help students examine and improve their time management skills. This learning guide was integrated into an undergraduate course, and preliminary results gathered from student work and feedback demonstrated that when using this guide, students were able to identify some of their weaknesses in their time management skills, and to make small adjustments based on the skills and strategies learned from the application of this learning guide.
