本研究旨在以心理韌性為中介角色,探討社區大學學員恆毅力與巔峰幸福之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,共計有517位社區大學學員參與。研究採用恆毅力量表、簡版心理韌性量表及巔峰幸福量表,所蒐集的資料採用描述統計、皮爾森積差相關分析與中介分析。結果發現,恆毅力是二因素結構,無法組成高階的模式;心理韌性分別在恆毅力的努力持續性、興趣一致性與巔峰幸福扮演中介角色。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供實務工作及未來研究參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore resilience as a mediator roles, the relationships between grit and flourishing for community colleges students. A total of 517 valid questionnaires were collected through snowball sampling. The major instruments for this study include “Grit Scale”, “Brief Resilience Scale” and “Flourishing Scale”. As for data analysis methods, descriptive statistics, and Pearson’s collations, and mediator or moderator analysis. The results showed the grit model be distinguished from a model with two correlated subfactors but no higher-order factor; resilience as a mediator role between consistencies of interests, perseverance of effort and flourishing. Finally, suggestions for clinical application and future research were proposed.
