本研究採用文件分析法,目的在分析我國樂齡學習中心代間學習課程之現況與問題,並透過代間學習理論與方案的文獻、研究分析探究等結果,以進一步探究我國樂齡學習中心課程推動之啟示與建議。故,本文首先探討代間學習的背景、意義與功能等內涵;其次,進一步分析樂齡學習中心代間學習課程之現況與問題;再其次,論述代間學習與代間方案的相關理論及研究,據以作為探討我國樂齡學習中心代間學習方案推動現況之討論基礎;最後,提出我國樂齡學習中心未來推動代間學習課程之五項建議。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the intergenerational learning curriculum in the senior learning centers in Taiwan. Using the document analysis method, this study first discusses the background, meaning and function of intergenerational learning. Also, this study describes the current situation of the intergenerational learning curriculum in the senior learning centers in Taiwan. In addition, the related theories on intergenerational learning and the researches on intergenerational programs are discussed. Based on these theories and programs, this study then further analyzes the problems of the intergenerational learning curriculum in the senior learning centers. Finally, this study puts forward five suggestions for senior learning centers to promote intergenerational learning courses in the future.
