本文重點闡述了COVID-19下日本政府發布的一系列教育政策及其對教師,尤其是新入職教師和對學生的影響。以一人一台電腦為目標的GIGA學校構想的推進實施不僅對學生的學習,也對教師的學習帶來了新的契機和挑戰。「令和日本型學校教育」倡導激發所有兒童潛力的協作學習和個別最優化學習。此目標的實現離不開教師的自主性專業學習和各學校的自主性教育改革。

英文摘要

This paper introduces a series of educational policies issued by the Japanese government under Covid-19 and their impact on teachers (especially newly enrolled teachers) and students. The promotion and implementation of the GIGA school concept which has the goal of realizing one computer per person, has brought new opportunities and challenges not only for students, but also for teachers’ learning. “Reiwa Japanese-style school education” advocates collaborative learning and individual optimal learning that stimulates the potential of all children. The realization of this goal is inseparable from teachers’ self-disciplined professional learning and autonomous educational reform of each school.
