108課綱的準備與落實,讓高中校長領導行為產生改變,變革領導乃成為變革教育環境中可行且重要的領導行為。為此,研究者在處理108課綱下變革的學校領導生態轉變與發展議題時,選擇就高中校長變革領導角度切入,進行研究之規劃與執行。本研究利用訪談蒐集資料,研究者選擇經歷108課綱準備期與真正實施期的11位高中校長加入,邀請其接受訪談並提供意見,以探究108課綱推動過程中,於成功領導變革的三階段:營造變革氣氛階段、推動整個組織投入階段、執行與維持變革階段中,高中校長變革領導的形式、挑戰、轉變與因應。藉由研究結果與發現,提出對於未來學校領導者在面對新的教育改革挑戰下可以為之的作為,例如:變革已成常態,團隊合作勝於個人單打獨鬥;面對108課綱,校長應該提升個人領導知能等;以及教育主管機關應提供協助,讓教育改革得以更為落實與成功。

英文摘要

The preparation and implementation of the 108 Curriculum Guidelines have led to changes in the leadership behaviors of senior high school principals, among which change leadership has become a viable and important leadership behavior in a reforming educational environment. Therefore, when planning and implementing the study on the transformation and development of the ecology of school leadership under the 108 Curriculum Guidelines, the researcher chose to approach the question from the perspective of senior high school principals’ change leadership. This study used interviews to collect data. Eleven senior high school principals with experience in preparing and implementing the 108 Curriculum Guidelines were chosen for the interviews. This study explored the forms, challenges, changes, and reasons behind senior high school principals’ change leadership during the three stages of successfully leading reforms in the process of promoting the 108 Curriculum Guidelines: 1. creating an atmosphere for the reforms, 2. encouraging the entire organization to participate, and 3. executing and sustaining the reforms. Based on the findings, the researcher proposed steps that school leaders can take in the future when facing the challenges of new education reforms and proposed the assistance that education authorities can provide to make such reforms more effective and successful, including such ideas as change is the norm, teamwork is better, and principals should improve their personal leadership skills.
