本文基於資源基礎觀點,透過鼐食鼐公司的發展階段,探討個案公司連鎖總部如何藉由管控制度,結合加盟者資源,填補連鎖體系資源缺口,並透過加盟者信任,提升加盟者品牌支持行為,進而據以擴張其企業規模,乃至國際市場之歷程。鼐食鼐公司在加盟發展過程中,憑藉供應商代工策略及加盟者專案組織,彌補其製造、財務資金及組織資源缺口,並降低連鎖總部管控成本。2020年之後,全球經濟受COVID-19疫情因素影響,消費緊縮;多數加盟者抱持謹慎態度,競爭企業也趨向保守觀望;但個案公司卻能藉由企業競爭力與策略,在台灣市場逆勢迅速擴張其加盟事業。本文探討個案公司過去的企業運作模式與發展歷程,並呈現2021年疫情期間,基於其企業資源條件,研議拓展國際市場長期策略的決策過程。

英文摘要

Based on resources theory, this article elaborates on franchisor governance strategies complement the corporate resource for driving franchisees' trust and brand support behaviors, and further expand the franchise scale in Taiwan and oversea. Nice-Nine Company has relied on the OEM suppliers and franchisees-involving projects to overcome the gaps of corporate resources and decrease the transaction costs generously during the franchise development stage. Especially in the Pandemics threat lurking persistently in 2020, most competitors and potential franchisees are getting more cautious and prudent. Nice-nine has expanded its business scale rapidly through the governance mechanism with sincerity and magnanimity. On the corporate resources and conditions, this case illustrates the process of decision-making of the long-term overseas expansion during the pandemic in 2021.
