在創新生態系統觀點下,如何使參與的成員能夠透過連結關係共同營造市場情境,開發新市場機會是生態系的參與者得以不斷成長和維持生存機會的關鍵要素。生態系統裡的關鍵業者,如果策略目標明確,其自身的經濟效益通常能以非線性或等比的方式成長。本個案以希嘉文化團隊從舉辦CAMPO創意市集到POPUP ASIA亞洲手創展的15年創業歷程為例,探討創新生態系統裡中介組織的演化過程。本個案有助於理解在高度網路化和資訊化的社會裡,創業者如何藉由營造創新生態系統以開創新產業領域的相關議題。

英文摘要

From the perspective of an Innovation Ecosystem, how to enable participating members to jointly create a market situation through connection relationships and develop new market opportunities are the key elements for ecosystem participants to continue to grow and maintain survival opportunities. For key players in the ecosystem, if the strategic objectives are clear, their own economic benefits can usually grow in a non-linear or proportional manner. This case takes the 15-years entrepreneurial history of the C plus Cultural Team from hosting the CAMPO creative market to POPUP ASIA Trade Fair as an example to explore the evolution process of intermediary organizations in the innovation ecosystem. This case will help to understand how entrepreneurs can create an innovation ecosystem to create new industry issues in a highly networked and information-based society.
