醒吾科技大學曾於104學年度獲得UBA冠軍，獲勝的致勝關鍵在於由守轉攻的快攻策略，因此本文目的：以醒吾科技大學男子籃球隊為實例，闡述104學年度球隊快攻戰術的設計及概念。方法：本文採內容分析法，整理104醒吾科技大學籃球隊的訓練課表與影片，輔以教練團的反思與回饋。結果呈現：轉換快攻的構成條件、轉換快攻的定義與時機、醒吾科大轉換快攻的戰術分析。本研究據此提出結論與建議，期望籍由本文快攻戰術的分析，能激起其他有志籃球從事籃球運動的教練、選手之參考，並彼此教學相長。

Hsing Wu University men’s basketball team won the 104 UBA academy year champion. The fast defense-offence-transaction was an important style of HWU’s men basketball team on the court. Therefore, the purpose of the paper was to analysis the concept and playing way of the HWU’s men basketball fast defense-offence-transaction in 104 UBA tournament. Contents analysis was used for the documents and videos of the team, and with coaches’ reflection and feedback. The results revealed by the requirements for athletes for playing fast defense-offence-transaction, the timing for playing correctly on the court, how the HWU’s men basketball team play on the court, and strategy to play under opponent’s all-court defense. The authors concluded and suggested for future study in basketball training and hope for inspiring coaches and players for more research in basketball.
