大學生學習成效與學習滿意是反映高等教育未來發展與教學品質的重要指標,其研究價值至為重要。本研究係以醒吾科技大學企管系109學年度日間部、進修部有效問卷191份為研究對象,並編製「學習成效」與「學習滿意度」量表,進行問卷調查,以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,進行分析及討論。本研究發現不同背景變項的學生在學習滿意度與學習成效的構面上,除了性別無顯著差異外,其餘在就讀部制、年級、年齡與工作情況上均呈現顯著的差異;其次大學生的學習成效與學習滿意度之間具有顯著性的正相關,以及學習成效對學習滿意度具有顯著性的影響。所以,學校可以設法從制度面、輔導面,以更積極正向的改變大學生學習成效,並進而提高其學習滿意度。

英文摘要

Students’ learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction are important indicators that reflect future development and teaching quality of higher education. The issue is of much value to investigate. This study takes 191 valid questionnaires from both daytime and nighttime students of BA Department, Hsing Wu University in the 109 academic year. A survey was conducted using the scale of the learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction. Methodologies such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, univariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and regression analysis are used. Empirical results are as follows: there exist significant differences in different department systems, grades, ages, and work status except gender in terms of learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness. Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction, and learning effectiveness has a significant impact on learning satisfaction. Therefore, the school can improve students’ learning satisfaction by enhancing their learning effectiveness.
