企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning)是管理者透過一個能夠協助企業管理決策者決策運行的整合性資訊平台，為企業帶來更即時、更廣泛、更長遠的經濟效益與社會效益，是現代企業邁向國際發展的整合管理模式，現在已經發展成為一個重要的現代企業管理理論。企業資源規劃系統在企業界實施的過程中所面臨的問題，有些學者及企業已經提出各種討論，以協助企業及研究者進行評估及改善，然而，對於企業資源規劃的整體研究輪廓到目前為止尚不清晰，本研究結合文獻計量分析及網絡分析方法進行企業資源規劃相關文獻的調查，探索1970年至2020年之間SCOPUS平台資料庫中的企業資源規劃相關研究，目的是調查出整體文獻的研究發展特徵及主要研究網絡集群中的關鍵研究文獻及研究面向，提供企業管理決策的制定者及專家學者一個全面性的企業資源規劃相關研究探查報告。本研究結果分析了12,989篇文獻資料，透過作者關鍵字共現網絡及文獻共同引用關係網絡，描繪出五個關鍵字詞網絡與六個研究群集網絡的特徵及知識鏈結關係圖譜，調查出企業資源規劃相關文獻探討的主要研究議題及研究發展期間的重要文獻，最後，指出本研究的限制與未來的研究建議。

Enterprise resource planning through an integrated information platform that can serve the enterprise management in making decisions, which is the direction of modern enterprises. Many scholars and experts have researched fields related to enterprise resource planning to help enterprise improve their management. To further understand its development from the perspective of academic communities, this study adopts the bibliometric analysis and network analysis to perform systemic survey on studies related to enterprise resource planning. The present study conducts co-occurrence network analysis by author keywords and co citation network analysis by references to identify the joint research directions and key literatures in enterprise resource planning studies. Therefore, this paper provides a comprehensive enterprise resource planning related research for the enterprise management, experts and scholars in evaluating decisions.
