韓國政府從2021年開始至2024年提出「教育恢復綜合計畫」,積極關注因為COVID-19疫情,造成學習能力低落的學生,以訂製型學習支持方案來保障基本學力跟不上的弱勢學生,並提供教育大學學生獎學金,以協助中小學學生學習與輔導,積極提供情緒、心理與社會性支持。韓國新政府在2022年5月上任,提出五大國家教育政策:一、培養百萬數位人才;二、積極建設能夠培養人才的學習革新;三、創建大學自主與革新樞紐(Hub);四、強化國家教育責任制與解決教育差距;五、強調現在是地方大學時代。本文檢視韓國後疫情時代的教育計畫與新政府的教育政策,且於最後討論相關批判看法與可供參考之啟示。

英文摘要

From 2021 to 2024, the Korean government has proposed the “Comprehensive Educational Recovery Plan,” actively paying attention to students with low achievement due to the COVID-19 epidemic, and using customized learning support programs to protect disadvantaged students who cannot keep up with basic academic ability, and also provides scholarships for students of the University of Education to assist primary and secondary school students in learning and tutoring, and the government actively provides emotional, psychological and social support. The new South Korean government takes office in early 2022 and proposes five signification education policies: (1) cultivating millions of digital talents; (2) actively building learning innovations that can cultivate talents; (3) creating a hub for university autonomy and innovation; (4) strengthening accountability for the national education system and reducing the educational gap; (5) Emphasizing the importance of the local universities. This article examines South Korea’s post-pandemic educational development and the new education policies and concludes with a discussion of relevant critical views and implications for reference.
