本研究之目的爲探討國際觀光旅館員工之工作壓力,以高雄與屏東地區國際觀光旅館員工爲研究對象,採用網路問卷調查法,以方便取樣之方式,共發出104份問卷。使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計分析方法進行研究分析。研究結果顯示:(一)國際觀光旅館員工以女性、25歲(含)以下、房務部門、服務員(基層員工)及24,000-29,000元薪資爲主。(二)不同的性別、婚姻狀況、職位、薪水均未達到顯著性差異,而不同年齡則在個人發展部分有顯著性差異;不同部門則在工作負荷和組織溝通,有顯著性差異。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to examine the employees’ work stress in international tourist hotels. Questionnaires were administered of Kaohsiung-Pingtung area. Total 104 questionnaires were distributed and 104 effective responses were acquired. This study employed descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The findings of this study were as follows: the majority group of respondents was male, age under 25, housekeeping department, basic staff and income of 24,000-29,000. No significant difference was found on sex, marital status, position and salary of work stress of international tourist hotel employee. Significant difference was found on age, and department of work stress of international tourist hotel employee.
