本研究係以台灣農林股份有限公司屏東分公司位於屏東縣內埔鄉老埤農場已完工的第一期與第二期滯洪沉砂設施進行觀測試驗,觀察試區內茶園與鳳梨田完成設置後的復育情況,並收集試區內雨量站與滯洪池之自記式水位計數據計算雨量及逕流體積後,推估逕流率及出流啟動值,且以空拍DEM資料進行相減得到沉積泥砂變化量,探討對滯洪沉砂設施的效益與影響,作為後續規劃設計參考之用。研究結果顯示,鳳梨田的泥砂淤積量會高過茶園,但經過復育後的農地其沉砂量均低於水土保持計畫中永久沉砂量設計規範,此結果若能再經長時間觀察分析或可為水保計畫後續調整設施規模的參據。

英文摘要

This research is based on the observation experiment of the completed Phase I and Phase II flood detention and sedimentation facilities of Taiwan Agriculture and Forestry Co., Ltd. Pingtung Branch located in Laopi Farm, Neipu Township, Pingtung County. Observe the restoration of the tea gardens and pineapple fields in the test area, and collect the data from the self-recording water level gauges of the rainfall stations and flood detention ponds in the test area. After calculating the rainfall and runoff volume, estimate the runoff rate and the start-up value of outflow. In addition, the amount of sedimentation and soil erosion change is obtained by subtracting the aerial shot DEM data, and the benefits and impacts on the flood detention and sedimentation facilities are discussed, which will be of sediment deposited in the pineapple field is higher than that in the tea garden, but the amount of soil erosion deposited in the restored agricultural land is lower than the design specification for the permanent sediment amount in the soil and water conservation plan. If this result can be observed and analyzed for a long time, it may be a reference for the subsequent adjustment of the facility scale of the soil and water conservation plan.
