本研究主要探討CoCrFeNiM"_x(x=0.1, 0.25 ,0.5)高熵合金於3.5 wt. % NaCl含氧水溶液中進行動態極化測試,並透過ICP-MS及XPS分析CoCrFeNiM"_(0.25)高熵合金在經過3.5 wt. % NaCl含氧水溶液中進行動態極化測試時,在各電位下元素釋出離子的量及其鈍化膜組成,並且進一步探討其腐蝕機構,結果顯示Co(OH)_3,Fe(OH)_3和Cr(OH)_3之低溶度積k_(sp)值與穩定鈍化電流密度有緊密之關聯。研究顯示,M"元素的添加使腐蝕電位下降,因為在空氣中與低電位下,M"元素已形成穩定且緻密的氧化物與氫氧化物之鈍化膜,使鈍化電流(I_(pass))降低,並提高的孔蝕電位(E_(pit)),有效的提升抗蝕效果。
This research mainly aimed at the dynamic polarization test of CoCrFeNiM"x (x = 0.1, 0.25, 0.5) high-entropy alloy in 3.5 wt. % NaCl aerated aqueous solutions. The dynamic polarization test, the amount of elements released at each potential and the composition of the passivation film were analyzed by XPS and ICP-MS. The corrosion behaviors were also discussed. The results show that the stable passivation current density is related to the low solubility product k_(sp) value of Co(OH)_3, Fe(OH)_3, and Cr(OH)_3. The addition of M" lowers E_(corr) since the formation of stable and dense oxide and hydroxide passivation film in the air and at lower potential. The addition of M also reduces the passivation current (I_(pass)) and increases the pitting potential (E_(pit)), which improves anti-corrosion effect.
