台灣流行音樂作為時下文化的一環,曾作為華人地區指標,傳播範圍輻射全世界華人地區,然在流行音樂人才培養上,並未有系統性的學習環境,直至2015年後,台灣流行音樂教育始進入大學院校,個個學校亦在每年調整教學方案與課程,為此在本研究中,筆者將透過四所學校107年度至110年度之課程總表進行分析,旨在探究台灣四所大學院校流行音樂科系課程設計、教學之現況,針對各校課程架構,依照文化內容策進會所劃分「流行音樂產業五個領域」,將現今大學院校流行音樂科系課程分成樂器演奏、理論課程、技術課程與策劃行銷四種類型,羅列各校針對人才培養上的培育方案,亦望透過此研究,提供前瞻建議,作為教育行政單位、教師安排課程與教學時之參考,探尋流行音樂人才培養在台灣產業界的未來趨勢。

英文摘要

Taiwanese popular music has become a landmark in the Chinese region, spreading all over the world. However, there is no systematic learning environment for the cultivation of popular music talents until 2015, when popular music education in Taiwan began to enter tertiary institutions, and individual schools are adjusting their teaching programs and curricula every year. In this study, the researcher will analyze the curricula of the four universities from 2018 to 2022, to explore the current situation of course design and teaching methods in the departments of popular music in Taiwan’s four Universities of Technology. According to the curriculum structure of each university and the "Five Areas of the Popular Music Industry" defined by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency, the courses are divided into four types: musical instrument performance-related courses, theoretical courses, technical courses, and marketing courses. List the training programs of each university for the cultivation of talents. Through this study, the researcher hopes to provide forward-looking suggestions that can serve as a reference for teachers and educational administrators in arranging curricula and exploring the future trend of talent cultivation in Taiwan’s popular music industry.
