本文從21世紀人類世的照護倫理議題，解讀沈清松醫療照護的實踐哲學思想。首先論述照護倫理方法論與存有論的問題、以及照護倫理作為實踐智慧的含義。其次探討沈清松有關健康與疾病、生與死、減緩痛苦之照護思想的後人類指向。此外，本文並將解析沈清松如何從身體、自我和欲望三向度來解說人作為多元他者的存在，以及人在多元他者的關係網絡中的健康的存有學意涵，指出從「多元他者」與「形成中的自我」的體會中，不僅可以覺察受照護者的主體性，更進而覺察醫療照護者的自我照護（self-care）的實踐意義。最後，以身命、群命、天命概念，總結沈清松以關係的脈絡的慷慨照護與靈修行動，照護人與物兼備的世界。

This paper aims to reread Vincent Shen’s thought on care ethics in the Anthropocene. Firstly, it discusses the phronesis of care ethics based on the unity of ontology and methodology of philosophy in practice. Secondly, it investigates the post human dimension of the issues in care ethics, such as, health and disease, life and death, nature of sufferance, etc., in Vincent Shen. The third, in analyzing the concepts of body, self and desire this paper will read and interpret Vincent’s thought on human being as multiple others and the ontological implications of health in the relational network of human being and multiple others. Furtherly, it will point out the way of subjective awareness of care recipients and the meaningfulness of self-care for the caregivers through the experience of multiple others and self-in-the making. Finally, with the concepts of the life of body/self, community, and ultimate reality, it concludes Vincent’s care philosophy, generous care and spiritual practice in the relational reciprocity, caring for a world co-existing all sentient things, human and non-human.
