在時代變遷與教育改革的教育現場，教師面臨更多的挑戰與考驗，需持續不斷的自我精進與創新，需配合教育政策作推展業務的調整、配合課程綱要作課程與教學的調整、配合社會風氣作處事模式的調整等，樣樣都對於教師工作滿意度有所影響，藉由校長領導模式的調整與改變，以達成提升工作滿意度之要素。本研究旨在以分佈式領導與工作滿意度兩者間之關係，透過問卷調查研究法，以新北市國小教師為研究對象，回收315份有效問卷進行統計分析。研究發現：1. 教師對於分佈式領導與工作滿意度的現況良好；2. 於不同職務、不同兼任行政年資之教師知覺分佈式領導具有差異，於不同學校規模、不同兼任行政年資之教師知覺工作滿意度具有差異；3. 分佈式領導與工作滿意度存有密切之關聯性；4. 分佈式領導對工作滿意度具有正向影響力。依研究結果提出八項具體建議，供校長推展教育政策之參考。

In the educational scene of changing times and educational reforms, teachers are confronted with more challenges and need self-improvement and innovation, like coordinate education policies to adjust with promote business, coordinate course outline to adjust with curriculum and teaching, and coordinate social customs to adjust the mode of handling, etc. All kind of thing effect on teacher job satisfaction. Through transform the principal’s leadership method, the elements of improving job satisfaction can be achieved. Using the primary school teachers in New Taipei City as an example, the paper will argue that the questionnaire research method with 315 valid questionnaires to analyze the relationship between distributed leadership and job satisfaction. The research found that: 1. Teachers’ current situation of distributed leadership and job satisfaction is well; 2. Teacher perception different of distributed leadership in different positions and different part-time administrative years, and perception different of job satisfaction in different school scales and different part-time administrative years; 3. Distributed leadership and job satisfaction are closely related; 4. Distributed leadership has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Make specific suggestions based on the research results for the principal’s reference in promoting education policies.
