本研究旨在從地方感觀點探究文化創意商品開發活動過程中的共創設計模式,主要涵蓋下列目的:1)建立一基於地方感的共創設計模式,2)探究此方法在實際設計過程中的實際成效與其機制。本研究藉由設計工作坊的形式進行個案研究,開發具和平島地方特色之文創商品。透過行動研究法觀察參與設計工作坊的34位新手設計師(novice designers)進行設計專案之實踐情形,並適時提供相應的設計輔導策略。之後以深入訪談方式剖析新手設計師對此設計方法之認知與態度,最後以主題式分析法探究所得相關資料,進而修正本文提出之共創設計模式。此模式一方面以地方居民的局內人(insider)的角度詮釋地方記憶並導入設計決策的制定,另一方面,身為局外人(outsider)的設計團隊利用顧客旅程地圖方法的結構與程序,進行分析與判斷地方文化資源的轉化與取捨。此模式的結構同時引導設計團隊的思維從原本對地方的單純想像轉變為對地方記憶的再生產與重現,進而產生認同感。研究結果顯示本文所提出的基於地方感的共創設計模式有助於提升文創商品開發過程的速度、創造地方連結感並增加情感價值。本研究所提出的設計模式與方法可作為設計師與業界在發展文創商品時的參考。

英文摘要

This study presents a co-creation design model based on sense of place for the development of cultural creative products. The design process model was tested and applied in a real case study using a practice-based ‘research through design’ approach. A series of seven classes were carefully arranged for the case study to provide a structured design decision-making process. The participant had to make critical decisions at the end of each stage. The study applied three different data collection methods simultaneously during the course: observation, research diary, and interviews. The results showed that the proposed co-creation design model could improve the efficiency of design project and guide the participant to identify and use proper design methods in different design phases. The outcomes of the study showed that the proposed co-creation design model is effective and can serve as a reference for developing different types of cultural creative products.
