本文利用DEA及Probit模型,分析設施短期葉菜的經營模式對經營效率之影響。結果發現:設施短期葉菜農戶生產無效率的原因,主要是農戶未能妥適的利用投入資源,導致的純粹技術無效率;其中「慣行農法」的農戶,在生產與管理技術上,明顯較「非慣行農法」有更大的改善空間。因此「慣行農法」的農戶,可加強生產上的管理與技術的精進,改善生產資源的浪費,提升純粹技術效率。此外,「年齡」、「混作」與「肥料費」對於規模效率皆為負面影響。

英文摘要

This paper uses the DEA and Probit models to analyze the impact of the facility's short-term leafy business model on operating efficiency. The results found that the main reason for the inefficiency of short-term leafy vegetable production in the facility was that the farmers did not properly utilize the input resources, resulting in purely technical inefficiency; among them, the farmers who practiced the “habitual farming method” were significantly more efficient in production and management technology. There is more room for improvement in the “non-customary farming method”. Therefore, farmers who “practice the farming method” can strengthen production management and technical improvement, improve the waste of production resources, and improve pure technical efficiency. In addition, “age”, “mixing” and “fertilizer cost” all have negative effects on scale efficiency.
