臺灣山區蟲生真菌多樣性調查中,我們從多種昆蟲屍體中分離出6 種白殭菌,包括Beauveria australis、B. bassiana、B. lii,B. malawiensis、B. pseudobassiana、B. scarabaeidicola (= B. sungii),這類真菌的共有形態特徵為菌絲體密布在寄主上,由分生孢子及產孢細胞形成顆粒粉狀分生孢子團,在其產孢細胞頂端形成鋸齒狀的細長延伸,每一個轉折處長出分生孢子。我們透過形態和DNA 序列分析來鑑定與區別這些物種。本研究提供臺灣白殭菌物種的描述和說明。
During a survey of entomopathogenic fungi in Taiwan mountain areas, six Beauveria species, including B. australis, B. bassiana, B. lii, B. malawiensis, B. pseudobassiana, B. scarabaeidicola (= B. sungii), were isolated from diverse insect cadavers. All of them possess dense mycelia and granular-pulverulent conidial masses on the hosts, shared globose to flaskshaped short conidiogenous cells producing conidia sympodially. These species were distinguished by morphological characteristics and DNA sequences analysis. The detailed descriptions and illustrations of Beauveria species are provided in this study.
