一所學校的校長領導與治理能力影響校務發展甚巨,我們甚至可以說校長領導作為是學校向前邁進的主要驅動因子,是以,關於校長專業能力發展相關研究已是重要之探究課題。諸多研究顯示,師傅校長的輔導與介入對於中小學校長儲訓及校長專業能力均有所助益,因此,本文主要目的在於闡明中小學師傅校長之意涵,並論述師傅校長的功能價值,進而提出中小學師傅校長的實施展望,以供精進中小學師傅校長輔導制度和促進校長專業成長之參考。
The leadership and governance ability of a school principal has a huge impact on the school development. Apparently, the principal leadership is the main driving factor for the school to move forward. Therefore, research on the development of the principal’s professional ability has become an important research topic. Many studies have shown that the guidance and intervention of mentor principals are helpful to the training and professional ability of primary and secondary school principals. Therefore, this article aims to clarify the meaning of mentor principals in primary and secondary schools, and discuss the functional value of mentor principal, and then can put forward the implementation prospect of mentor principal in primary and secondary schools, so as to provide reference for improving the mentor principal system in primary and secondary school and promoting the professional growth of principals.
