意義領導強調領導者鼓勵團隊的每一位成員為其工作賦予意義,使工作成為有意義的工作。校長意義領導係指校長為強化教師教學工作意義,能自我覺察、隨時省思,作為學校道德模範,成為可信任的榜樣,並提供教師個人與專業支持,營造社群歸屬感,促進成員做出組織承諾,展現正向態度,進而找到教學工作的價值與意義,為自己和學生創造更美好的未來。意義領導一方面可提升學校教師心理動力,攜手克服教學困難,共同為學校教育而努力;另一方面也可發展意義領導的內涵,作為培育校長主任與教師領導力之參考。

英文摘要

Meaningful leadership emphasizes that leaders encourage every member of the team to give meaning to their work and make work meaningful. Principal meaningful leadership is to strengthen the meaning of teachers’ teaching work, to serve as a model of school morality, to become a reliable role model, to reflect on self-awareness at any time, to provide teachers with personal and professional support, to give care and encouragement, and to create a sense of community belonging and promote School member organizations are committed to demonstrating positive attitudes to find value and meaning in teaching and create a better future for themselves and their students. On the one hand, meaningful leadership can promote the psychological motivation of school teachers, work together to overcome teaching difficulties, and work together for school education. On the other hand, it can also develop the connotation of meaningful leadership and serve as a reference for cultivating the leadership of principals and teachers.
