COVID-19大流行已改變世界上無數學生、教師和家長的生活。疫情來得又快又急,停課不停學的決策確實需要利害關係人的通力合作,才能確保遠距教學的成效,在這當中,校長領導扮演重要的角色。因應疫情時代,校長領導加入公共衛生領導,已是時勢所趨。本文陳述疫情時代中小學校長主要運用的領導模式,並提出中小學校長公共衛生領導的定義,進而建構校長公共衛生領導的五大面向,包括自我領導、激勵成員投入、達到成果、發展策略聯盟、系統轉型。在疫情時代,校長應致力提升成員的健康識能,建構學校成為落實防疫作為的健康促進學校,以提升成員幸福感。

英文摘要

The COVID-19 pandemic had changed the life of nurmous students, teachers, and parent. Because the COVID-19 pandemic came fast, “classes suspended but learning continues” needed cooperation among stakeholders to secure the effect of remote-teaching and principal leadership play a vital role. In order to respond to COVID-19 pandemic, principal leadership combining with public helath leadership became trend. The study stated elementary and secondary school principal leadership models, defined principal public health leadership, and constructed five dimensions of principal public health leadership including leading self, engaging staff, achieving results, developing coalitions, systems transformation. In the COVID-19 pandemic era, principals should promote staff and students’ health literacy, construct health-promoting school for prevrnting the COVID-19, and enhance staff and students’ well-being.
