長久以來,領導是引領人類社會進步的重要力量,而教育發展能夠持續精進,亦有賴於優質教育領導者專業領航,才能有效實現教育目標。美國學術界及實務界相當關注於教育領導研究,其研究成果無論在期刊論文、學術專書、專題報告和研討會發表,皆具有深厚的影響力。1970年代後,美國興起有效能學校運動,更是帶動了教育領導研究的風潮,可謂至今歷久未衰,而隨著新冠疫情大流行之際,亦創新了教育領導研究的議題。本文提出美國教育領導研究議題動向,計有下列四項:一、公平導向領導研究;二、學習中心領導研究;三、高品質學校領導研究;四、新冠疫情新興教育領導研究議題。期作為國內教育領導研究之方向指引。

英文摘要

Leadership has been an important force leading the progress of human society throughout history. High-quality educational leaders are essential to the continuous improvement of educational development. Scholars and practitioners have been primarily concerned with educational leadership research after the 1970s effective school movement. The topic of educational leadership research has also been innovated during the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper summarized research trends in educational leadership as the following: (1) equity-oriented leadership research; (2) learning-centered leadership research; (3) highquality school leadership research; (4) COVID-19 emerging educational leadership research topic. It will serve as a guideline for the direction of educational leadership research in Taiwan.
