目的:針對台灣成人男子七人制橄欖球國際賽事上、下半場的得、失分和迅速連結、傳球、亂集團、正集團與擒抱等五項技術進行分析。方法:於YouTube網路影音平台尋找2015年至2019年代表隊參加亞巡賽與亞運比賽等國際賽事,勝、敗場各15場,共計30場;之後運用Excel針對比賽影片進行分析,以記錄比賽得、失分和計算五項技術的發生次數、發生率與成功率;統計則使用SPSS22.0軟體以相依樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析和LSD事後比較法進行,統計顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果:一、整場比賽得分為14.83±11.58分,失分為23.60±16.18。二、上半場比賽得分為6.80±5.74分,下半場為8.03±8.00,兩者無顯著差異;上半場比賽失分為11.13±10.26分,下半場為12.47±8.34分,兩者無顯著差異。三、整場比賽五項技術間的發生次數、發生率與成功率均有顯著差異;發生次數與發生率均以傳球第一、擒抱第二、亂集團第三、迅速連結第四、正集團第五;成功率則以傳球第一、亂集團第二、正集團次數第三、迅速連結第四、擒抱第五。四、五項技術的任何一項在上、下半場發生次數、發生率或成功率的比較均無顯著差異。結論與建議:一、七人制橄欖球人數少,為使攻擊點增多,亂集團這種進攻時同隊球員聚集在同一點的技術需減少;和之前國際賽相較,台灣代表隊在近年國際賽的亂集團已有減少,但仍有改善空間,教練在訓練與比賽時仍需注意。二、相較其他四項技術,擒抱次數與發生率為第二高,但其成功率卻為最低;擒抱為防守技術,執行成功便可擋下對手進攻,和之前國際賽相較其表現雖提升,但仍值得在訓練與比賽時加強。三、上、下半場的五項技術在執行與成功率上都無顯著差異,顯示台灣代表隊這五項技術在國際賽事上、下半場的發揮是穩定的;若要了解這五項技術如何影響比賽勝敗,可進一步針對這五項技術在勝敗場的差異進行分析。

英文摘要

Purpose: Scoring or losing points and five techniques including offload, pass, ruck, scrum and tackle in the first and second half of Taiwan male adult rugby sevens international competitions were aimed to study. Method: YouTube network video platform was logged in to find international events such as the Asian Tour and Asian Games from 2015 to 2019 that the team joining. Winning and losing games was 15 in each, the whole was 30 in total. Videos of these games was analyzed by excel to record scoring or losing points and compute the occurrence times, occurrence rates and success rates of these five techniques. Statistics were performed using SPSS 22.0 software with dependent sample t test, independent sample One-way analysis of variance, LSD post-hoc comparison method. The statistically significant level of this study was set at α=.05. Results: 1. Scoring in a whole game were 14.83±11.58 points and losing were 23.60±16.18 points. 2. Scoring in the first half of one game were 6.80±5.74 points, in the second half were 8.03±8.00 points and there was no significant difference between them. Losing in the first half of one game were 11.13±10.26 points, in the second half were 12.47±8.34 points and there was no significant difference between them. 3. The occurrence times, occurrence rates or success rates of these five techniques in a whole game were different significantly. In the results of occurrence times and occurrence rates, pass was first, tackle was second, ruck was third, offload was fourth and scrum was fifth. In the results of success rates, pass was first, ruck was second, scrum was third, offload was fourth and tackle was fifth. 4. The comparisons of occurrence times, occurrence rates or success rates between the first and second half of one game in anyone of these five techniques were not different significantly. Conclusions and suggestions: 1. Players in the competition of rugby sevens were fewer. In order to increase attacks, it was necessary to reduce the technique of ruck which causing players from the same team gathering in the same position. Comparing with previous international competitions, the ruck of the Taiwan team in recent international competitions had been decreased, but there was still room for improvement. Coaches had still to pay attention during training and competitions. 2. Comparing with the other four techniques, the occurrence times and occurrence rates of tackles were the second high, but success rates of it was the lowest. Tackle was a defensive technique. If executed successfully, it could block the opponent's attack. Comparing with the previous international competition, its performance had been improved, but it was still worth strengthening during training and competition. 3. There were no significant differences in the executions and success rates between the first and second half of one game in each of these five techniques, which shows that the five techniques of the Taiwan team were stable in the first and second half of international competitions. If you wanted to understand how these five techniques affect a game, the differences of these five techniques between winning and losing games could be analyzed further.
