目的:本研究使用立定跳遠測試項目作為基礎測評,結合身體活動的基本體能指標進行相關性分析,結果有助於瞭解立定跳遠與身體活動的基本體能(包括:心肺耐力、肌耐力、柔軟度和身體成分)之關係。方法:研究對象為大一至大四男性大學生,有效樣本共8221人。本研究心肺耐力採用1000公尺跑評估,肌耐力採用引體向上評估,柔軟度採用坐姿體前彎評估,身體成分採用身體質量指數(BMI)表示。統計考驗以皮爾森相關性分析探討立定跳遠與1000公尺跑、引體向上、坐姿體前彎及BMI的相關性,顯著水平定為α=.05。結果:立定跳遠與1000公尺跑、BMI指標呈顯著負相關(P<.01),與引體向上、坐姿體前彎指標呈顯著正相關(P<.01)。結論:立定跳遠與身體活動的基本體能水準之間存在密切關係,未來的研究應該深入探討相關聯的身體機能,並根據具體的人群特徵和運動需求進行計算和指導。

英文摘要

Introduction: This study uses the standing long jump test item as the basic evaluation, combined with the basic physical fitness indicators of physical activities for correlation analysis, the results help to understand the relationship between the standing long jump and the basic physical fitness of physical activities (including: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition). Methods: The research participants were male college students from freshman to senior year, with a total of 8221 effective samples. In this study, cardiorespiratory endurance was assessed by 1000-meter running, muscular endurance was assessed by pull-ups, flexibility was assessed by seated forward bends, and body composition was expressed by body mass index (BMI). Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between standing long jump and 1000-meter running, pull-ups, seated forward bends, and BMI, the significance level was set at α = .05. Results: Standing long jump was significantly negatively correlated with 1000-meter running and BMI (P<.01), and was significantly positively correlated with pull-ups and seated forward bends (P<.01). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the standing long jump and the basic fitness level of physical activities. Future research should explore the related physical functions in depth, and calculate and guide according to specific population characteristics and exercise needs.
