本文探討單向薄膜節流器如何設計匹配靜壓軸承使油膜在已知承載下具有最大的剛度,匹配設計的關鍵在於節流器具有特定值的無因次薄膜變形係數以及節流參數。首先根據彈性薄板理論,建立薄膜變形量及最大應力的設計條件,然後經由實驗方法鑑別薄膜節流器之節流參數及薄膜順從係數,驗證薄膜節流器補償油腔壓力理論設計的工作特性。實驗使用平面靜壓軸承工作台,經由測量節流器進口壓力、出口壓力及流量,使用最小誤差平方偏導數方程式聯立求解,得到薄膜節流器的節流參數及薄膜順從參數,進一步求得無因次薄膜變形係數,校準無因次薄膜變形係數為特定值,改變供壓及初始薄膜與節流台間隙,達到以實驗驗證無因次薄膜變形係數接近特定值時,由實驗量測負荷造成的位移很小,因而得證位移呈現幾乎不變的情況,即油膜剛度最佳化的效果。

英文摘要

This article discusses a single-action membrane-type restrictor how to design a hydrostatic bearing having maximum stiffness of an oil film in the known load. The design key points are the membrane-type restrictor had specific values of dimensionless membrane deformation coefficient and restriction parameter. First according to theories of elastic plates, establish the membrane deformation and the maximum stress in the design conditions. Then, by the experimental methods to identify the restriction parameters and membrane compliance coefficient of membrane-type restrictor and verify the operating characteristics of the theoretical design for membrane-type restrictor compensated pressure oil recess. The experiment is using the open-type hydrostatic bearing and measuring the inlet.
