本文為探討一位確診為隱球菌肺炎併腦膜炎的個案所引發生理、心理衝擊的照護經驗。筆者於2019年2月8日至2019年4月13日，透過直接照護、身體評估、觀察及會談等方式，運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態進行評估，確立個案有現存性感染、營養少於身體所需及家庭運作過程改變等健康問題，護理過程提供隱球菌感染的相關護理指導，減輕其感染不適；透過營養指導，提供個別性的飲食計畫；協助尋求人力資源及舒緩經濟壓力，以促使個案家庭正常運作，終而能正向面對此次罹病的壓力，藉此經驗分享提供臨床護理人員參考。

This article discusses the experience of nursing care from looking after a patient with cryptococcal pneumonia and Meningitis, which triggered physiological and psychological impacts. The caring period was from February 8th to April 13th, 2019. Gordon's functional health assessment tool was applied to assess the patient's condition via the data collected from clinical care, physical assessments, observations and interviews. Assessments confirmed that the problems faced by the patient includes existing infections, insufficient nutrition and family alienation. During the period of care, the author provided the patient nursing guidances on cryptococcal infection to release the discomfort, personalized a diet plan through nutrition advices, and assisted in seeking Human Resources to reduce the economic burden. The patient was finally able to facilitate the normal operations of his family and positively facing the impacts of the disease through the efforts of the author. This experience is recorded as a reference for other clinical nursing staffs.
