台灣另類媒體研究中，較少研究解嚴前的另類媒體形式、內容、創生，本研究透過黃崇憲參與學生報、民主牆、綠色小組來探究解嚴前的另類媒體。研究結果發現，學生報具備多元的內容；民主牆的行動者具有能動性；綠色小組成立之初，其工作室和錄影機有賴於社會關係，此組織才得以運作。

Before the period of Martial Law, there is little study of the alternative media in literature, including style, context, and beginning. The study is devoted to understand alternative medias before the period of Martial Law through Huang’s participating student newspapers, democracy wall, and green team. There are three findings. The first, there is diversity context in student newspapers. The second, the actors of the democracy wall had agencies. The third, in the beginning of the Green Team’ running, the studio and the home video had depended on the social relationship.
