《周易》作為源始的歷史傳承性文獻，是作中國哲學史研究必須要面對和處理的文本。在生存分析視角下，對〈訟卦〉從問題意識—情感傾向—概念體系這三者間的互動關係展開解讀，以析取〈訟卦〉中內含他者意識之主體性的生成以及它在處理「主體間」生存張力時內在的原則—原理。在放棄「觀念先行」閱讀視角的同時，試圖呈現出《周易》文本與當下生存處境在情感與思想關係層面的內在關係和生存力量，以澄明這種視角是分析—解構式的，而非統合—建構式的。

As the historical heritage document of the origin, Zhouyi is a text that must be faced and dealt with in the study of the history of chinese philosophy. From the perspective of survival analysis, from interprets the interaction between the three systems of problem consciousness-emotion tendency-concept system, and then analyzes the principle of dealing with the tension of existence between the subjects for “Song Hexagram”. While abandoning the view of “concept first”, the author tries to show the inner relationship and survival power between the text of Zhouyi and the current living situation in the level of emotional and ideological relations, so as to clarify that this perspective is analytical deconstructive, not integrated constructive.
