本研究主要探究國小主任的生涯召喚經驗及實踐情形,研究對象為6位現職國小主任,介於35–51歲。本研究係以半結構式訪談蒐集資料,並以紮根理論進行資料分析。結果發現:第一、國小主任在任職主任前都具有生涯召喚,其任職因素可以歸納為利他助人、實踐理念、典範啟發、家人期待、超然引導,以及負向激勵等六項。第二,國小主任在任職主任後的生涯召喚會因召喚能否實踐而有所變動,其對工作的意義感及目的感包含:利他助人、自我成長、成為領導者、獲得成就感,以及完成職責等五項。第三,國小主任在實踐生涯召喚的經驗中,有好的工作策略、獲得支持力量有助生涯召喚實踐;若無獲得學校老師支持、行政瑣事的工作量過大,以及個人身體健康因素則會阻礙生涯召喚的實踐。最後根據結果,提出國小主任生涯召喚變動模式圖,以及在教育實務工作之建議。

英文摘要

This study aimed to explore perceiving and living experience of ca¬reer calling of directors of primary schools. There were 6 participants the current primary schools’ directors, ranging from 35 to 51 years old. The study analyzed based on the grounded theory. The results showed that: First, directors of primary schools had career calling before being direc¬tors. Second, career calling of the participants would change depending on whether their calling could be lived. Third, having good work strate¬gies and gaining support could help to live a calling; without support from school teachers, excessive administrative chores, and personal health fac¬tors would hinder their career calling. Finally, a pattern of career call¬ing change of primary schools’ directors was proposed. At the end of the study, recommendations for education practice were put forward based on the results of the research.
