紫外線引起皮膚光老化為日常中最普遍的原因,其中對皮膚產生的自由基是造成皮膚老化最根本的因素。本研究合成表面帶有天然硫辛酸 (R-α-Lipoic Acid) 之可再生螢光金奈米團簇,簡稱AuNCs-DHLA。他具有特殊光學特性,能吸收紫外線中的 UVA 長波長光,而且具有良好的抗氧化效果。由實驗發現,使用 UVA (120 mJ/cm2) 的曝曬劑量時會誘導 HaCaT 人類角質上皮細胞產生過多的自由基。當 AuNCs-DHLA 進入 HaCaT 細胞後會降低 UVA 所引起的自由基產生,進而達到抗氧化的效果。因此,目前我們推估未來 AuNCs-DHLA 可提供皮膚防曬或修復的產品開發上做參考。
Skin photoaging caused by ultraviolet rays is the most common cause in daily life, and the free radicals produced on the skin are the most fundamental factor causing skin aging. This study synthesized renewable fluorescent gold nanoclusters with natural R-α-Lipoic Acid (R-α-Lipoic Acid) on the surface, referred to as AuNCs-DHLA. It has unique optical properties, can absorb UVA long-wavelength light in ultraviolet rays, and has an excellent anti-oxidation effect. It was found experimentally that HaCaT human keratinocytes were induced to produce excessive free radicals when exposed to UVA (120 mJ/cm2). When AuNCs-DHLA enters HaCaT cells, it will reduce the production of free radicals caused by UVA and then achieve the effect of anti-oxidation. Therefore, we estimate that AuNCs-DHLA can provide a reference for developing skin sun protection or repair products in the future.
