1，2-二氯乙烷是一種人造的化學物質，目前在工業上主要用作製造氯乙烯單體過程的中間體，吸入1，2-二氯乙烷可能造成神經系統及肝臟、腎臟、肺臟等器官的傷害。本文藉由一次化學廠檢修意外造成大量高濃度1，2-二氯乙烷外洩之案例分享，介紹1，2-二氯乙烷可能造成之健康危害。
英文摘要
1,2-dichloroethane is a synthetic substance, which is used as an intermediate in the manufacture of vinyl chloride nowadays. Inhalation of 1,2-dichloroethane may induce injury of nervous system, liver, kidney and lung. This article introduces the health hazard of 1,2-dichloroethane by presenting several cases in a chemical factory maintenance accident which caused high concentrations 1,2-dichloroethane leakage.
