本文描述照護一位淋巴癌轉移接受睪丸切除術並接受放射線治療的病患護理經驗。護理期間自2021年5月7日至5月30日，藉由會談、觀察、傾聽方法收集資料作整體性評估，因轉移切除睪丸術後及對於預後治療產生極大焦慮，進行整體性健康評估後確立有皮膚完整性受損、急性疼痛及焦慮等三項護理問題，護理過程中，藉由評估瞭解個案生理、心理、社會、靈性各層面的需要，協助維持其身體舒適，讓個案因術後所造成的傷口獲得緩及心靈上的安慰；另提供個案支持系統，協助以正向態度來面對癌症治療過程，發揮同理心給予支持，並鼓勵個案表達內心感受並傾聽，以減輕個案面對癌症治療的哀傷及焦慮，並以正面態度面對自己的疾病及未來生活。筆者期望藉由個案照護經驗分享，運用於臨床護理實務之應用，為日後臨床照護之參考。

This article describes the experience of caring for a patient with lymphoma metastases who underwent orchiectomy and radiation therapy. During the nursing period, from May 7th to May 30th, 2021, data were collected through interviews, observations, and listening methods for overall as-sessment. The author hopes that the sharing of case care experience can be applied to clinical nursing practice and serve as a reference for future clinical care.
