自從教宗方濟各頒布通諭《願祢受讚頌》以來，天主教的環境思想便獲得大幅推進。我們可以基於這份通諭追問「宗教如何幫助人們面對生態危機」，以實現救世濟人的宗教精神。本文嘗試連結《願祢受讚頌》論及的「生態皈依」與環境教育領域的「生態認同」，藉此論述信仰認同如何成為生態認同建構的動力與方式。本文首先要在天主教社會訓導與環境思想的脈絡中勾勒生態皈依的主要含義，再藉由湯瑪紹的觀點來說明生態認同的基本特徵，並透過二者的對話探索一種基於天主教信仰參與環境保護的可能路徑。

Since Pope Francis issued the encyclical Laudato Si’, Catholic environmental thought has been greatly advanced. Based on this encyclical, we can ask how religion can help people face the ecological crisis, so as to realize the religious spirit of saving the world and helping people. This article attempts to connect the “ecological conversion” discussed in Laudato Si’ with the “ecological identity” in the field of environmental education, in order to discuss how belief identity becomes the driving force and path for the construction of ecological identity. This article first outlines the basic meaning of ecological conversion in the context of Catholic social teaching and environmental thought, then explains the basic characteristics of ecological identity through Thomashow’s point of view, and finally explores the possible path of participating in environmental protection based on Catholic belief through dialogue between “ecological conversion” and “ecological identity.”
