中文摘要

「動機」往往是人面對問題能否堅持到最後並解決、超越此問題的動力來源,生態危機也是如此,許多組織、團體、學者在生態環保議題上都做了相當的努力,大大提升了人的生態意識,但可惜在實踐上卻無法有明顯的進步。其中一個重要的原因就是:對於人與自然之間關係認知的不足、甚至是錯誤,錯誤的認知導致錯誤的行為,造成人對自然過度的破壞與掠奪,引發當代生態危機,因此,要徹底解決生態危機就必須回到認知層面從動機著手。本文希望透過方濟各教宗從天主聖三、以及心道法師從華嚴一多相即關係中所體會的生命意義出發,幫助人重新認知與自然之間的生存關係,轉變在面對生態危機時採取行動的動機,加強解決生態危機的動力,進而創造和諧永續的生存環境。

英文摘要

“Motivation” always plays an important role in people can persist, solve and transcend the problems or not, even in the crisis of ecology. Many organizations, groups, and scholars have made considerable efforts on the issue of ecological environmental protection, which has greatly improved people's ecological awareness, but it is a pity that there has been no significant progress in practice. One of the important reasons is: insufficient or even wrong cognition of the relationship between human beings and nature. Wrong cognition leads to wrong behavior, causing excessive destruction and plundering of nature, and triggering contemporary ecological crisis. Therefore, to solve the ecological crisis completely we must back to the motivation of our cognitive. This article tries to help people re-understand the relationships between people and ecosystem from the perspectives of meaning of life, which from the concept of Trinity of Pope Francis and from the concept of Spiritual Ecology of Huayan of Dharma Master Hsin-Tao. Through the concept of Pope Francis and Dharma Master Hsin-Tao to enforce the motivation of actions when facing ecological crisis, and creating a peaceful and sustainable environment for all species.
