中文摘要

近年來勝任能力導向醫學教育(Competency Based Medical Education, CBME)為國際醫學教育的重要發展。當中最有影響力的做法分別為美國畢業後醫學教育評鑑委員會(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, ACGME)所發布里程碑計畫(Milestones Project)與荷蘭學者Olle ten Cate提出之可信賴專業活動(Entrustable Professional Activities, EPAs)。本研究提出一套共識模組,觀察醫事放射職類專家在建置可信賴專業活動時,對於共識模組應用之問卷調查與建議。結果顯示共識模組的設計與進行、實用性、回饋、整體成效、未來應用以及是否有助於未來訓練計畫教學使用,皆一致得到專家良好的評價。成功的原因有三,分別是尊重教師、過程公開透明與心智共享模型建立。因此,透過共識模組不僅有助醫事放射職類教學研究的發展,更可作為其他職類參考。

英文摘要

Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) has been an important development in international medical education in recent years. The most influential practices are the Milestones Project published by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) proposed by Olle ten Cate. In our study, we proposed a consensus module and observed experts' questionnaire and suggestions on the application of the consensus module in the development of EPAs. The results showed that the design and implementation of the consensus module, its practicality, feedback, overall effectiveness, future applications, and the use of the training program for teaching and learning were unanimously well evaluated by the experts. Three reasons for success are respect for teachers, openness and transparency of the process, and shared mental models. Therefore, the consensus model is not only helpful for the development of teaching research in the Medical Radiation Technologists, but also as a reference for other professions.
