麴菌屬廣泛分佈於世界各地，與人類日常生活密切相關，在食品、工業與醫藥的用方面都極具重要性。在本研究中，我們利用形態學、培養特性與分子類緣對於寄存於食品工業發展研究所生物資源保存及研究中心之麴菌屬菌株進行鑑定。依據形態特徵與CaM基因部分序列，我們發現麴菌屬section Candidi的兩個新記錄種，Aspergillus neotritici 和 A. subalbidus。目前分類系統顯示，分子類緣分析可準確並可靠的鑑定麴菌屬菌株。這是A. neotritici 和 A. subalbidus兩個種在臺灣首次被報告。
英文摘要
Aspergillus is a widespread genus closely related to human daily life worldwide. Aspergillus species play essential role in food, industry, and medicine. In this study, we evaluated a combination of morphology, phylogeny, and cultural characteristics to identify Aspergillus strains deposited at the Bioresource Collection and Research Center of Food Industry Research and Development Institute. Based on morphological characteristics and partial CaM gene sequences, we describe two newly recorded species belonging to the Aspergillus section Candidi: Aspergillus neotritici and A. subalbidus. Molecular phylogenetic analysis accurately and reliably identified Aspergillus species.
