本研究旨在探討以夢境作為媒介應用於班級輔導活動設計,以及表達性藝術治療媒材結合夢境於方案設計之效果。邀請專科學校3個班級的學生參與研究,並蒐集課程回饋單進行資料分析。研究結果發現:1.討論夢境的歷程有助於尊重多元;2.討論夢境的歷程能獲得樂趣;3.討論夢境有助於專注此時此刻;4.討論夢境可觸及深層情緒,連結自身生命經驗;5.常因夢見同學而有共同話題;6.讀夢歷程促進互為主體及深化覺察;7.討論夢的歷程有助於了解彼此差異;8.理解夢與我的關係有助於接納自我。另外,表達性藝術治療媒材結合夢境於方案設計部分,運用牌卡、繪畫、自由書寫有不同的效果。最後,依據研究結果提出未來研究與實務建議。
The research aims to explore the Effect of using dreams as medium in the design of class counseling activities, and the effect of expressive art therapy combined with dreams in program design. The result are as follows: (1) Discussing the process of dreams helps to respect diversity; (2) Discussing the process of dreams can be fun; (3) Discussing dreams helps to focus on here and now; (4) Discussing dreams can touch deep emotions and connect with one's own life (5) I often have common topics because of dreaming of my classmates; (6). The process of reading dreams promotes mutual subjectivity and deepens awareness; (7). Discussing the process of dreams helps to understand the differences between each other; (8). Understanding the relationship between dreams and me helps Accept yourself. In addition, the medium of expressive art therapy combines dreams in the design part, and the use of cards, paintings, and free writing has different effects. Finally, Finally, give some suggestions based on the results.
