本研究以文獻分析法，藉由中共「陸軍轉型」之探討，發現其火力、機動力、防護力、資訊力等皆有大幅提升，凸顯非接觸作戰、非對稱作戰、機動作戰、立體作戰、精確作戰、無人化作戰等概念或意圖，有了某種程度的成果，據以成為其作戰方式的選項。渠等所構成之威脅新面向，涉及遠程作戰、信火一體作戰、低空作戰等方式方法，成為改變戰爭型態的憑藉。因此，我國在未來防衛作戰中，應認知其威脅內涵，著手強化戰力防護作為與自主性的源頭打擊能力發展，並修編相關準則，形成多層次的嚇阻戰力，維護國家安全。

This research applied document analysis method. By investigating Army Transformation of PLAA, we found its great improvement in firepower, mobility, defense power, and information capability. It also accentuates the PLAA's concept and intention, which have achieved a certain level of maturity to provide an operational option for the army, through non-contact warfare, asymmetric warfare, mobile warfare, multi-dimensional warfare, precision warfare, and unmanned warfare. These have become a new cluster of threats, and changed the shape of war based on long-range operation, integrated information-firepower warfare, and low-altitude operation, etc. In order to defend ourselves from PLAA's threats, we should identify its connotation of threats, intensify our defensive warfare preparation, and develop autonomous precision-strike capabilities. In the meantime, the related doctrines need to be revised or compiled, to create multi-layer deterrence for our national security.
